When Laurie and her husband moved from Atlanta to South Florida, they fell in love with their home just a mile and a half from the beach. After renovating room by room, their kitchen turned out beautifully, but it made one thing painfully obvious: the old interior doors looked cheap. They were warped, cracked, and the hinges were peeling.

That is when South Florida Doors and Closets stepped in. Originally featured on the show as Miami Doors and Closets, the company has since grown to serve all of South Florida under its current name, but the commitment to quality shown on camera has never changed.

Owner David Shrager and Sales Director Mike visited Laurie's home to assess the project. From the first conversation, Laurie noticed a difference. "Mike and David are very friendly, answered all my questions, were easy to work with, and easy to talk to," she said on the show.

At the showroom, Mike helped Laurie choose a simple, clean door style to complement her new kitchen. The show highlighted the full range of options available, from Shaker and frosted glass to mirrors, bypass doors, and barn doors.

Back at the house, the team demonstrated their 3D digital measuring technology, a device that captures dimensions down to one one-thousandth of an inch. That precision data goes directly to the factory, where CNC machines mill each door to fit the existing doorframe. Every door is coated with a specialized industrial-grade finish and cured in a flash-drying oven before delivery.

The installation itself took less than half a day. No fuss, no mess. When Laurie saw the finished result, her reaction said it all: "This house looks finished. The doors are gorgeous."
